A Hidden Gem in a Great Location

I appreciated the space in my room for family downtime, and the hot shower was particularly refreshing after long days. Carla at the front desk was a delight.

The TV was unresponsive, and the bathroom door wouldn't close properly, frustrating.

Could use some cleaning

The lobby looked updated, but honestly, the floors were kinda gross. My room was spacious, which I liked, but some spots could've used a good scrub. The staff was friendly at times, but not super consistent. The snack bar was great for a quick bite, but not much variety. Big bummer with the cleaning though.

The air conditioning worked well and was refreshing.

Carrying my heavy luggage down those stairs was a nightmare. Plus, the breakfast was terribly disappointing. I expected better service, but housekeeping didn't come to our room at all .

Everything is great here, had a fantastic stay for one night. The room is quiet, brand-new comes with a kitchen, a working TV. The hotel offers variety of food that was fine.

The room had a lingering odor that hinted at mold, and essential items like shower caps were noticeably absent.

It was just a good pick for a flying visit in Birmingham with excellent value. The staff was helpful in getting me checked in quickly when I arrived exhausted. Be sure to explore nearby dining options for a better meal.
